Deeply rooted in problem solving, Giuliana’s approach to work is high-level, strategic, and creative. She is genuinely curious about the goals of businesses and individuals, dynamically tailoring processes to meet varying needs. Her ability to turn real insight into creative, scalable growth strategies makes her invaluable to any team. Giuliana thrives on collaborative, free-form brainstorming with team members at all levels, effectively translating ideas into clear, concise solutions for decision-makers. Her vast experience across business, design and technology makes her a versatile creative force, able to adapt and thrive in any industry.

With a strong foundational background in business and marketing, Giuliana's career spans years of expertise in graphic design, branding, website design, and UX design. Some highlights include her first business in 2014 which focused on graphic design and branding, that was later acquired by a creative agency where she worked as their Creative Director. In 2019, Giuliana partnered in a technology company that focused on creating an open-canvas CMS geared towards designers, where she worked as the Creative Design Lead. Through these years, she worked very closely with software engineers with the goal of not only creating a well-oiled product, but to deeply understand backend processes that affect front-facing design decisions. She considers this experience to be invaluable and attributes a lot of her knowledge and success in her work to this time of great learning. After working as Senior UX Designer at a tech startup in the AML space in 2023, Giuliana went back to school to freshen up her skills in UI/UX design.

Throughout her long career in the design space, Giuliana has worked on CPG packaging visible in stores today, implemented successful business strategies, shaped brand identities across diverse industries, and most importantly, has happily connected with talented, good-hearted people who have contributed to her growth. It is for this reason that we are excited to have Giuliana as our Marketing Specialist to offer creative thinking, understanding, and solutions from the inside-out.
